--- Comment #14 from Martin Kolman <[email protected]> ---
So evemu-describe tells me the tablet has:
Input device ID: bus 0x03 vendor 0x8ca product 0x10 version 0x105
Based on that I've changed to local hwdb entry as follows (did I convert/write
the v and p values properly ?):
#########################################
# Trust
#########################################
# Trust Wireless Scroll Tablet TB-4200
# (Aiptek based ?)
evdev:input:b0003v8CAp10*
EVDEV_ABS_00=::26
EVDEV_ABS_01=::15
With this it seems to work the same as before, *but* it seems to work even if I
remove the file or use nonsencial values after v and p. Could be that the
previous name based rule persisted and is still being used ?
I'm using this to reload the local hwdb (while the tablet is discoonnected):
systemd-hwdb update
udevadm trigger /dev/input/event*
Then I attempt to connect the tablet.
