Nautilus 3.22.1 should have been switched to use gtk_menu_popup_at_pointer(),
which should let GTK+ position the menu correctly.
For applications using gtk_menu_popup(), there's bug 772922 which is meant to
slightly improve the chances of getting it right, and gtk_menu_popup() has been
deprecated in Git.
