Dear All, I have a question regarding to get estimated query execution time from Virtuoso. Most the posts I have searched out regard to setting the upper limit of execution time in configuration file.
But I want to get the estimated time from Virtuoso directly rather than from the error line such as "The estimated execution time AAA (sec) exceeds the limit of BBB (sec)" I found 'explain' function can give a time (http://docs.openlinksw.com/virtuoso/databaseadmsrv.html#perfdiagqueryplans), but it is the compilation time according to https://www.mail-archive.com/virtuoso-users@lists.sourceforge.net/msg05857.html I am wondering how the server get the estimated time? Can we get it directly? Sorry for my question if it is too simple ..., could you help me? Thank you very much for your time. Vivian
