What is the version of Virtuoso being used (virtuoso-t -? ) , I recall there was a character encoding issue with rdfdotNet and Virtuoso requiring "UTF-8" to be set in the connectstring being made by the ADO.Net Provider, but that was fixed by Rob Vesse some years ago ... Problem could being in either layer including mono I suppose ...
