That's where you extra data is coming from. Any SPARQL query comprised of a FROM {HTTP URL} clause will add data to your instance. The target Named Graph IRI will takes the form of the data source HTTP URL.

To disable Sponging simply remove the SPARQL_SPONGE grant on the SQL user account 'SPARQL'.

If you want to grant Sponging functionality to specific users, then you need to use Virtuoso ACL functionality.
