My current timings can be found in the folder https://www.dropbox.com/sh/hm0nj8q0j6pnx1k/cEcfYD6h-P Still, query 1 and 4 take about 60 to 70 seconds, which still too much and I still believe that these can be improved by tweaking my virtuoso.ini or other stuff. All necessary information (os, virtuoso version, profiling info, query explains, virtuoso.ini file...) can be found in the same folder. If other info is necessary, please let me know. What else could I try to improve these two slowest queries?
