Hi Pierre, If you have Virtuoso-specific queries this list is the place to go, otherwise you can try using the Bio2RDF list, which is CC'd in this reply.
Just a heads up, we should delete bio2rdf.sourceforge.net/* as it is not maintained and I find it very hard to maintain things on the Sourceforge Web Hosting site. A more up to date version is available at the wiki at [2] Did you load GO into a particular GRAPH URI? If you did then you need to include that in your queries. Could you include an example query so we can get an idea of what might be going wrong?
