Is there a way to control the various time limits set on a query (such as MaxQueryCostEstimationTime or MaxQueryExecutionTime) from the SPARQL endpoint? Perhaps by prefixing the query with a 'DEFINE', or perhaps by adding a additional parameter to the query URI?
