Terribly sorry if this is a silly question to ask, but searching
through the
previous mailing list entries did not yield any result for me:
Upon downloading and starting the precompiled Windows 32bit binaries
and
logging in with the default dba account
the webadmin page
Conductor -> System Admin -> User Accounts -> Create New Account
shows at the bottom (after the form fields):

42000U0002: The object "" does not exist. in v:form
"account_form" (render)
------
No Submit/Cancel button is visible so no submission of new-Account
details
is possible.
As far as I (as a Virtuoso newbie) can superficially see, the other
Virtuoso
functionalities are working fine.
This occurs on two different machines (Windows XP Pro 32bit and
Windows
Server 2008 32bit) with both the 05.11.3039 as well as the 06.00.3118
Versions across different browsers.
There is nothing wrong with your installation itself, but you have
uncovered a bug in the current conductor package.
I will see to it that this gets fixed asap and i will inform you where
you can download a replacement vad package.
