Are there full scale TCP-H benchmarks (not the reduced 1% datasets)
available for Virtuoso?
Would be nice if there is a comparison for Mysql and Postgresql on
identical hardware.

Ceriel,
We provide the setup for these benchmarks so that you can easily ramp up
the data sets and perform comparative benchmarks in your setup. This is
what we've done for years re. Virtuoso against all the major DBMS
engines (naturally, we cannot publish the numbers due to the terms
enforced by the major commercial DBMS vendors).
I firmly believe the benchmarks that matter are the ones you run in your
own setup. Everything else is kinda fluffy (imho).
Neither MySQL nor PostgresSQL have outperformed Virtuoso in our testing,
but again, the one you run is what ultimately matters :-)
