Yes. Sparql endpoint uses account "SPARQL". As SPARQL is a keyword, account name is
"SPARQL" in double quotes.
Granting SPARQL_UPDATE to "SPARQL" enables the loading via web (thus it drills
security hole).
But you can close the security hole via SPARQL+OAuth or basic SPARQL
Auth (separate VAD package required).
