This is a known problem that was fixed just after 5.0.9 archive was
closed for release. Is it possible you can try this against the
5.10.0 pre-release we sent you last week as the fix should be in
that archive ...

This doesn't return any solutions, but
FILTER regex(str(?title), "^ Aber", "i")
does. So, it appears that something is wrong with the case-
insensitive match?
