Hi Hugh, I just wanted to post this to the message board to clarify our problem. We have narrowed it down to the default graph parameter when we create the VirtGraph object. We have not specified a default graph in the past. We can successfully execute queries involving a single graph if we specify the graph as the default graph. However, most of our queries join across multiple graphs. We need to understand how to specify a default graph when multiple graphs are in the SPARQL query. Thanks, Chuck
