Hi Imran, Can you confirm if the Virtuoso Server still remains online at the time of this error uploading the RDF data.
Can you check the virtuoso log (virtuoso.log) to see if any additional messages are reported to this log regarding this error. Can you also use the virtuoso isql¹ program to run the status();¹ command to list the state of the machine at the time this error is occurring, in particular if their are any deadlocks being reported.
