Thank you for reported this issue which we have been able to recreate
in-house and shall provide a fix for this.

Note that the Virtuoso Server itself does actually function thus you can
follow the additional instructions on starting the server to proceed.

If you need an ODBC Driver on Vista then you can download our commercial
ODBC Driver for Virtuoso which uses the Wise installer functions for
registering an ODBC Driver and does successfully register. You can download
this from:

http://download.openlinksw.com/virtuoso-enterprise/5.0/i686-generic-win-32/n
tvcz2zz.msi

Hope this enables you to get up and running ...
