Please could you provide us with the /DAV/VAD/wa/uiedit.vspx-sql script
which gives the error(s) mentioned bellow?
Strictly speaking the vspx components should have unique 'name'
attribute given by developer, else e generated control name will be
given which sometime fails to be unique. should investigate.

This error usually disappears when you refresh the page.
No, this did not correct the error. Also in FF, sometimes it is
necessary to clear the cache directly from the Clear Private Data menu,
which also did *not* work.
