I'm not _that_ fanatically Vim-only: plain-vanilla (Thunderbird or) SeaMonkey mail composing capabilities are good enough for me, especially now that I've found all the "international" keys on my Belgian keyboard (see http://users.skynet.be/antoine.mechelynck/other/keybbe.htm ).
