I want the <C-]> and <C-t> work like forward/backward in web browser, so  
for
example, when I hit <C-]>, if the tag is in current buffer, then vim jumps  
to it
as normal, if not, then vim will bwipeout the current buffer and jump to  
the tag
buffer.
