Among my several shadow builds of Vim, I used to compile one with +python (i.e. Python 2) -python3. Today with no change in my configuration it came back with -python -python3. AFAICT package python-devel has been dropped by my openSUSE Tumbleweed distro. After installing python311-devel and changing my configure arguments to "--disable-pythoninterp --enable-python3interp" (followed by "make reconfig" of course) I got a Vim with -python +python3. I didn't test it.
