After setting $CONF_OPT_TERMINAL to '--enable-terminal' then running
"make reconfig" followed by "make install" I notice the following in
gvim:
- Help tags are not defined yet for 'termkey' 'termsize'
term_getsize() and term_setsize()
- The output of
:echo exists('+termkey') exists('+termsize')
exists('*term_getsize') exists('*term_setsize')
is
0 1 0 0
