That fixed the logging!  Silly human error I wasted so much time on :)

Question: I have master-as-root = False

to make sure it is not root.  Is this not correct?  NGINX above
uWSGI will be binding to 80 / 443.  Maybe I am confused or do I not even
need this line?  Or do I need to turn master to False?
