We are currently running Tomcat 10.1.13 on z/OS 3.1.
We plan to migrate to the z17 hardware and would like to know if there are
any required actions to take for this product, such as upgrading or
applying any fixes to tolerate the z17s.

Hello,
There is no processor specific code that needs changing for the IBM z17,
thus ensuring the existence of a Java 11+ runtime, Tomcat 10.1.13 will run
as is.
The only risk is running an old Tomcat version that is missing recent
security patches. Latest released version is 10.1.43.
