Do what you can to provide a simple, easy to run test case that can be used to investigate the bug. Then pick one of the following: 1. Wait for a committer to decide to look at the issue. A ping on the bug every month or so is acceptable. Anything more than that is just annoying. 2. Pay for commercial support. Generally, the speed at which bugs get addressed is directly proportional to the quality of the bug report. (There are other factors as well.)
