While I was dragging into Tortoise commit dialog, I encountered the
following messages box dozens of times.

---------------------------

Subversion Exception!

---------------------------

Subversion encountered a serious problem.

Please take the time to report this on the Subversion mailing list

with as much information as possible about what

you were trying to do.

But please first search the mailing list archives for the error message

to avoid reporting the same problem repeatedly.

You can find the mailing list archives at

http://subversion.apache.org/mailing-lists.html

Subversion reported the following

(you can copy the content of this dialog

to the clipboard using Ctrl-C):

In file

'D:\Development\SVN\Releases\TortoiseSVN-1.9.4\ext\subversion\subversion\lib
svn_wc\wc_db.c'

line 10925: assertion failed (svn_dirent_is_absolute(local_abspath))

---------------------------

OK

---------------------------

Then, it seemed to work fine, so he proceeded with the commit, only to get
the following message:

Error: In file

Error:
'D:\Development\SVN\Releases\TortoiseSVN-1.9.4\ext\subversion\subversion\lib
svn_client\commit.c'

Error:  line 491: assertion failed (rel_target != NULL && *rel_target !=
'\0')

It seemed to be caused by committing changes from multiple drives at the
same time. My solution was simply to move the folders all to one drive,
then it worked fine.
