Hi Mark, We are migrating from SVN 1.9.2 to 1.11 (Apache 2.2 to Apache 2.4)
We’ve been using SVN for 7-8 years and we have hundreds of repositories and a client base of 300-400 users. We’ve been noticing during testing of 1.11 a period of about 30-45 seconds delay when the SVN seems frozen upon an initial log in to a repository or after the user is not using SVN for a while. After the initial delay everything seems to be working as it should. We don’t have this delay on SVN 1.9.2 and we are using similar configuration.
