Unreal Engine 4 SVN crash

Hello,

I'm unable to set up SVN for my Unreal project because something
crashes in there:

SourceControl:Error: Error This application has halted due to an unexpected 
error.

I've attached the log and dmp files. I'd appreciate any help.
