Thanks for filing the issue. Just wanted to let you know that the developers are very aware of this issue, but so far no-one has gotten around to it (help is always welcome though ;-). It was on the list of topics on the whiteboard during last years hackathon (under "svnadmin load" look for "normalize svn:* props"): http://svn.haxx.se/dev/archive-2015-09/0187.shtml As always, there are many interesting issues to tackle, but not enough people to do the tackling :-( ...
