I was merely pointing out that the vc-svn.el file in the Subversion repository says specifically for "Emacs 21", and it doesn't work with current Subversion, and thus I thought Subversion (not Emacs) might want to update that contributed file. (Sure, the vc-svn.el in the current Emacs repository of course works with current svn, but equally of course it does not work with Emacs 21. :) I don't doubt there are plenty of other comments in that file that could use updating, but I was just sending the minimal change. To see if anyone cared about fixes to it, for one thing. I'll get through it eventually (or maybe I'll die of old age first :), but anyway, this is irrelevant to the matter at hand.
