I would like to notice that Subversion 1.8.0-rc3 binary packages for
Windows are easily available for download at
http://www.visualsvn.com/downloads/pre-release/

We encourage users to download the current pre-release builds and
check that everything is fine in their use cases. All the current
VisualSVN builds are pretty stable and ready for thorough testing.

On the page you can download the following packages built against
Subversion 1.8.0-rc3:

* Standalone Apache Subversion 1.8.0-rc3 command-line tools for Windows.
   https://www.visualsvn.com/files/beta/Apache-Subversion-1.8.0-rc3.zip

* VisualSVN Server 2.6.0-rc2. Enterprise-grade Subversion server
   package for Windows. Installs in a couple of clicks and works out of
   the box.
   https://www.visualsvn.com/files/beta/VisualSVN-3.5.0-beta2.msi

* VisualSVN 3.5.0-beta2. А professional grade Subversion integration
   plug-in for Microsoft Visual Studio.
