With Subversion 1.7.8 released recently, I've published updates to my RPM and SRPM patches building components at http://github.com/nkadel/subversion-1.7.8-srpm/";.
It's passed my casual testing on RHEL 5 and RHEL 6: RHEL 4 is no longer available by default with "mock" because CentOs has dropped it from their main repositories, and the archive repositories are disappearing fast. I'm also no longer dealing with RHEL 4 professionally at all, so anyone who wants to try testing it or adding additional support for it is welcome to use my tools.
