Another option is to try to get the ball rolling on one of these issues (e.g. by going through the details of those issues, and starting a discussion on the dev@-list). Contributions are very welcome. These issues are not unfixable, it's just that someone needs to find / spend the time and energy to make them happen ... -- Johan
