It's not a bug in Subversion; it's a "feature" (or at least a reality that's unlikely to change) of the Windows operating system. On Windows, you may not create a file whose name is "PRN", with any extension. According to Wikipedia, the list of filenames you may not use on Windows (with any extension) includes: CON, PRN, AUX, CLOCK$, NUL COM0, COM1, COM2, COM3, COM4, COM5, COM6, COM7, COM8, COM9 LPT0, LPT1, LPT2, LPT3, LPT4, LPT5, LPT6, LPT7, LPT8, and LPT9. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Filename#Reserved_characters_and_words
