Thx....did that , ran in to some errors...realised it was half way through the
previous compile, so started fresh, remade config with flags, ran the make
process, hit the following:

/bin/bash /tmp/svn_src/subversion-1.7.5/libtool --tag=CC --silent
--mode=compile gcc -DSOLARIS2=9 -D_POSIX_PTHREAD_SEMANTICS -D_REENTRANT
-D_LARGEFILE64_SOURCE -g -O2 -pthreads -I./subversion/include
-I./subversion -I/usr/local/apache2/include -I/usr/local/apache2/include
 -I/tmp/svn_src/subversion-1.7.5/sqlite-amalgamation -o
subversion/libsvn_fs_fs/lock.lo -c subversion/libsvn_fs_fs/lock.c
none ./build/transform_sql.py subversion/libsvn_fs_fs/rep-cache-db.sql
./subversion/libsvn_fs_fs/rep-cache-db.h
bash: none: command not found
*** Error code 127
make: Fatal error: Command failed for target
`subversion/libsvn_fs_fs/rep-cache-db.h'
