For various reasons, I've been working on RPM packaging of 1.7.0 and now 1.7.1. I'd like to get the old "packages/rpm" structure replaced with it, and I'm trying to get it into RPMforge. It's built from the Fedora packaging of subversion-1.6.17, and most of the patches are no longer needed (because they're for the "contrib" utilities".
What's the best way to get that submitted? The .spec file is aobut 36 K, the single patch file (for an old Debian reported bug) is about 12 K.
