Thank you for the reply.

I tried to completely reinstall tortoise 1.7 and checkout my subversions again 
and it seems to work now.

The problem was when I upgraded old subversion structure from 1.6 to 1.7.

I will let you know if the problem appears again.

Do you know how to reproduce this error, preferably starting from an empty 
repository or a publicly readable one?
