Note that you have reached the Subversion Users list. We don't have specific information about how Google Code has set up Subversion; if your question is specific to Google Code's setup, you should ask them. Note also that if your question is specific to TortoiseSVN, you should ask on the TortoiseSVN Users mailing list, which is separate from this one. Many people on this list (like myself) don't use TortoiseSVN. If you'd like help on this list, please try reproducing the issue with the command-line Subversion program. Tell us your repository URL, the path on the local disk to the folder you're trying to import, and the path within the repository where you'd like it to end up, and show us the exact commands you used, and their output.
