That's unfortunate. This won't help you right now, but once Subversion 1.7 has been released, you can use the new svnrdump tool to do this. It doesn't require admin access because it works with any remote repository (and can also load dump files into them): http://subversion.apache.org/docs/release-notes/1.7.html#svnrdump
