You do not say what platform you use. On windows I would use TortoiseSVN's RepoBrowser to create the trunk/tags/branches folders and move the existing data under trunk. You will need the server running to be able to do this (if you access through e.g. https:// instead of file://)! This can be achieved using the command line "svn mv URL URL" command... This will cause problems for any working copies ~ lookup the "svn switch" command, I think that will work but you may be better off doing a fresh checkout anyway. ~ mark c
