Okay, I was proposing to make this "svn ls ^/" syntax work - but it already 
works, which, however, I failed to realize because on Windows, you have to put 
the command in double quotes as the cmd.exe shell uses the caret character for 
its own purposes (line continuation), which made me think that the syntax is 
not yet supported.

Shells can be tricky.
