You can use the ls command, probably with a depth of immediate, recursively until you find what you want: svn ls --depth immediate http://url.to.repo This will give you the list of directories at the root of your repository. Then you go deeper svn ls --depth immediate http://url.to.repo/branches Assuming branches is one of the folder in the root of the repository you want to investigate. G
