Which "rep browser" are you using? Which protocol, svn, http, https, ssh+svn, file, or what? Also, 20 Gig sounds a bit bulky. is this something you can split out gracefully? Have you been upgrading the repository from earlier releases without doing a "svnadmun dump" and "svnadmin load" to cleanly rebuild the repo?
