Not to be flippant, but Google is a great replacement. The decision was motivated by the fact that there are many capable hosting providers, and the Subversion project shouldn't be in that business. Likewise, our static list of links was a pain to maintain, and users are much better served by a dynamic list of search engine results. I suggest to the original poster that he post his script on the internet somewhere, and share that resource with the people on this list. Should it prove useful, it will get popular and he'll have the users and improvements he desires. Open source in action! -Hyrum
