Various people seem to have stepped up to volunteer their time and effort but at the moment there is no one able to provide all of the binaries to be packaged and made available.
You can apparently extract the binaries from the collabnet package (I think 7-zip works, winzip doesn't, YMMV) but there may be issues with the version of Visual C++ used to build the various bits (depending on where you get your apache from). I have not tried this so cannot confirm eithger way. Search the list archive for "Tigris binary packages for Windows" for more info... ~ Mark C
