Have you taken a look at the '--switch' command? This allows you to change the URL and also adjust the content accordingly. Otherwise, "update with URL2", do you perhaps mean that you want to merge some changes from URL2? I'm still unclear on what you want to do, you are still very specific with what you want to do (which then makes no sense to me) but also still very silent on what it is that you want to achieve.
