You appear to be using the Fink package manager, with which I'm not
familiar. I didn't see the word "error" in your output, so I don't
know if an error is actually occurring or whether Fink is working as
intended. You should ask for help in a Fink support venue. Once you
have used Fink to install Subversion, if you have trouble using it,
you can ask again here.
As an alternative to Fink, Subversion installs great using the
MacPorts package manager ("sudo port install subversion"), and
standalone binary packages are also available for download from
CollabNet.
