A) Please don't top-post
B) Please don't post in HTML (use plain text)
C) Are you changing the global PATH, or your user account's PATH?
After changing the PATH, are you starting a new Command Prompt
instance? The new PATH won't take effect (if you're changing it via My
Computer -> Properties -> Environment) until you start a new Command
Prompt, and it'll only apply to those new new Command Prompts (or you
can reboot and it'll take effect, obviously).
