Have you talked to the NSSM project to see what they can tell you about
what their software is seeing from Solr?
If you try to manually run the commands that NSSM is using, what
happens? What exactly are those commands? Any instructions you might
have followed to set NSSM up for Solr are not an official product of
this project.
