Reg. the “SPAM” tag — well, it wasn't my server either :)  I mean, if you check 
out the headers of my email

There, you'll see that my mail.5y5.one delivered the email to your 
cur-ali-cm-smtp4.cleanmail.eu.
Bug — no, have not opened a bug. I asked whether I should, but no response yet. 
Additionally, there's that:
    New users can only view tickets. To be able to create or comment tickets, 
you must contact us and ask for higher privileges. Thank you!
 
So… Would love to, but cannot. Will send an email to [email protected]. Would be 
quite nice, if bug reporting would be a bit easier ;)

Yes, I got two emails from you sent 21:21 and 21:35 on wednesday.
And they all had the "[SPAM]" part in the subject, some even multiple times.
I don't know, which server added that, it wasen't one of my servers.

I got that from your later email.
It is definitiv a bug.
