You can only add to your group people that are already in your address book as a single member or in your global address book.
This is because vcard 3 specs doesn't have anything to specify how to make groups (vcard 4 do). So, each soft has chosen their own method to do so. Back then SOGo choose to make a vlist card, each element of the vlisd is the uuid of a card that already is in your address book. That's why you can't directly add new members in your group. Hello, in the SOGo address book: How do one add members to a group? I’d expect a similar behaviour like adding recipients to an e-mail (typing or pasting addresses). In my environment it seems that I can add addresses found in our LDAP, but no other addresses – they’re shown as empty. Do I miss something, maybe a configuration setting? Thanks and kind regards, Frank -- Frank Richter, Chemnitz University of Technology, Germany
