That are calls to check for new emails in folders per IMAP. Those don't have anything to do with your user source.
This is the debug config: SOGoMailDebugEnabled = YES;
This should give you hints on the reason, why those are failing.
Any ideas or hints where to look for a more detailed error message ? maybe any action required through sogo-tools ?
You should also check your IMAP server for error messages.I once had that, because our IMAP server was answering very slow, which caused connection timeouts.

Check your reverse Proxy Apache logs. (Those problems could also be the reason for the above errors.)
